摘  要:阐述了大型煤制甲醇装置中煤气化和甲醇合成的工艺路线选择。对比了固定床、流化床和气流床三种气化工艺,得出:大型煤制甲醇的煤气化宜选气流床气化技术;对比了干粉煤气化和水煤浆气化两种流化床工艺,得出:前者优于后者。并以固定床的甲醇合成为例,介绍了串塔合成流程和双级合成流程以及几种大型甲醇合成塔的选用。Selection of the gasification process and methanol synthesis process plants was introduced. Through comparisons on the technical parameters of the fixed for large capacity coal-to- methanol bed gasification, fluidized bed gasification and entrained flow gasification, it is included that entrained flow gasification is most appropriate for large capacity coal-to- methanol plants. The comparison between the dry powder coal gasification technology and coal water slurry gasification technology shows that the former is better than the latter. The paper uses the fixed bed gasification based methanol synthesis as an example to introduce the selection of two column serial synthesis process, the two stage synthesis process, and also several synthesis columns for large capacity methanol production.
