饲料添加鱼腥草或陈皮对草鱼血糖水平影响的比较研究

摘　　要：在草鱼基础饵料中分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%鱼腥草或陈皮22 d后,添加鱼腥草各组血糖(mol/m l)分别平均为7.64±1.03、8.31±0.98、8.40±1.45和7.43±1.28;添加陈皮各组血糖分别平均为5.75±2.15、6.12±0.48、6.04±1.84和7.51±0.91;对照组为6.43±1.52。经LSD检验进行多重比较,添加鱼腥草、陈皮不同含量组与对照组间血糖水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。0.1%,0.2%.0.3%,0.4%Houttuynia cordata and orange peels were added to the basic feed of grass carp separately,the blood sugar level of treatment and control groups were determined 22 days later In 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4% treatment groups,by adding Houttuynia cordata the bolld sugar level was 7.64±1.03,8.31±0.98,8.40±1.45and 7.43±1.28mmol·l^-1 respectively,by adding orange peels it was 5.75±2.15,6.12±0.48,6.04±1.84 and 7.51±0.91mmol·l^-1 respectively,control group was 6.43±1.52mmol·l^-1,The statistical results showed that there were little difference in grass carp＇s blood sugar level by adding different groups of Houttuynia cordata or orange peels（P〉0.05）.Houttuynia cordata and orange peels are the safe effective feed additive for grass carp.
