摘　　要：介绍了我公司现施工巷道的地质情况,根据锚杆作用的机理,选择合理的支护参数,采用光面爆破和锚杆支护技术在软岩中施工,控制了围岩的变形和破坏,提高了围岩的强度,取得了良好的经济效益。This paper introduces the current geological situation of the constructing roadway in author＇s company. According to the mechanism of bolts function, the rational support parameter is choosed, and the refracting demolition and the technology of supporting bolts are adopted in the construction of the soft rock, thus controlling the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock, the intensity of the surrounding rock is improved, and significant economical results have been achieved.
