摘　　要：目的探讨99mTC—硫胶体全身骨髓显像对再生障碍性贫血诊断及预斤的价值。方法对42例再生障碍性贫血患者进行99mTC—硫胶体全身骨髓显像。99mTC—硫胶体剂量为9·17MBq/kg体重。根据显像结果对再生障碍性贫血进行分刑和预后判断,并与骨髓穿刺,骨髓活检进行对比研究。结果在42例再生障碍性贫血中,荒芜型2例、抑制型5例、灶Ⅰ型12例、灶Ⅱ型18例、正常型5例,骨髓显像类型与骨髓增生程度及预后明显相关(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论全身骨髓核素显像对再生障碍性贫血的诊断及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To study the value of bone marrow scintigraphy using ^99Tc^m sulfur collid in diagnosis and prognosis of aplastic anemia （AA） . Methods Bone marrow scintigraphy using ^99Tc^m sulfur collid 9.17MBq/ kg was performed in 42 cases with AA. Phenotyping diagnosis and determing prognosis were analysed in AA according to the result of bone marrow scintigraphy, which compare with the result of bone marrow aspirate and biopsy. Resuits Marrow imaging showed desolate type in 2;inibitive type in 5 focal type Ⅰ in 12;focal type Ⅱ in 18 and normal type in 5 cases. The types of marrow imaging were signficantly related with bone marrow cellularity and prognosis in AA（P〈0.05;P〈0.01） . Conclusions Bone marrow scintigraphy has important value in diagnosis and prognosis of AA.
