摘 要:用有限元法对电容层析成像系统的传感器进行了分析,得到了在不同管径下的灵敏场分布。为了提高图像重建质量,对灵敏场分保留与去掉相邻电极两种情况进行了处理。分别利用处理前后的灵敏场,以保真度为指标,对比不同管径下成像的仿真结果,得出在小管径下利用处理后的灵敏场重建的图像保真度较高,而在大管径下利用处理前的灵敏场重建的图像保真度较高,并利用大小两种管径的传感器进行了实验验证。对于ECT应用中,为获得相对较高的重建图像保真度,在不同管径下选用不同的灵敏场处理方法提供了参考依据。The sensor of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) was analyzed by the finite element method ( FEM). The sensitivity distributions of different diameter pipelines were carried out and modified in order to improve the quality of the ECT image reconstruction. The images of different diameter pipeline were reconstructed by using the different sensitivity distributions. Fidelity was used to evaluate the qualities of reconstructed images. The results show that the fidelities of the reconstructed images by using the modified sensitivity in small diameter sensors are higher than those by using original sensitivity; on the other hand, the fidelities by using the original sensitivity in big diameter sensors are higher than those by using the modified sensitivity. The experimental tests of two different diameter pipeline ECT sensors also show the same results. It provides the criterion to select sensitivity distribution when ECT is used to different diameter pipelines.
