摘　　要：介绍一种基于GSM短消息通信的民航空管检测系统。利用MCU智能控制和GSM网络数传功能,设计应用于民航的气象探空气球监测系统。该系统的主要功能有:接收气象探空气球三维数据并处理、换算、显示;通过GSM或Internet网络,上传相应时刻的探空气球三维数据到民航空管中心。A air traffic management system of exploring air balloon used in civil aviation based on GSM SMS communication was introduced. The main functions of the system are as follows ： receiving , processing and display the data of the azimuth, elevation, distance of explore air balloon; according to the order of the civil aviation PC, feeding back the three-dimensional of exploring air balloon to the center of air traffic management by GSM or Internet network.
