摘 要:为探讨甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMAb)放射免疫分析(RIA)结果不稳定的原因,分析比较了不同批号试剂测得的低、中、高质控血清TGAb和TMAb结果,观察标记抗原分别在2~8℃和零下冻存条件下的稳定性.结果显示,TGAb、TMAb的高质控测定值批间差异最高达33.0%和32.5%,二抗滴度变化是误差的主要原因,零下冻存的标记抗原具有较好的稳定性.严格的室内质控是提高检测质量的有效措施.To investigate the possible causes of the occasional instability of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb) and thyroid microsome antibody(TMAb) detection in the laboratory, the control serums of low, middle, and high value of different batches were measured and the stability of the labeled antigens stored at 2-8℃and below zero was observed. The results showed that the maximal variances of high value control serums for TGAb and TMAb between different batches were 33.0% and 32.5%, respectively. This was caused by the changes of titer of second antibodies. The labeled antigens stored below zero showed better stability. The strict internal quality control is an efficient measure to improve the measurement precision.
