川续断DA303对大鼠子宫的作用

摘　　要：ＤＡ３０３是川续断的一种化学成分，经研究能显著抑制未孕和妊娠大鼠离体子宫肌的自发收缩活性，对抗２．５ｕ／ＬＯｘｙ引起妊娠大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的时相性收缩。ＤＡ３０３并能降低妊娠大鼠在体子宫的自发收缩强度及频率，对抗０．２５ｕ／ｋｇＯｘｙ引起的收缩强度、频率及张力的提高。An experimental pulmonary embolus in rats was obtained by injection of (125)I-radiolabeled clots into the venous circulation.Thrombolytic action was evaluated by determining the radioactivity increasing in the blood. Three thrombolytic agents were tested.Svate-3(0.08 u/ kg.iv)and urokinase(10000 u/kg, iv)significantly increased thrombolysis. Nevin fibrinolytic enzyme produced a dose-related thrombolysis. The results showed that the model is valuable for evaluation of thrombolytic agents.
