β转化生长因子体内介导骨膜成骨过程中骨形成蛋白的分布及意义

摘　　要：应用骨形成蛋白单克隆抗体（ＢＭＰ－ＭｃＡｂ）以免疫组化的方法，观察了β转化生长因子（ＴＧＦβ）在体内介导骨膜成骨过程中ＢＭＰ的分布。结果显示：新生骨组织中的间充质细胞、软骨细胞、成骨细胞以及骨基质中，可见ＢＭＰ的细胞内和细胞外染色定位。从而进一步提示：ＴＧＦβ在骨环境中的成骨效应，决非是单一生长因子的作用。新生骨组织中ＢＭＰ的存在，说明两种生长因子有协同的生物活性。Immunohistochemical method was used to detect distribution of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) in the process of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) induced periosteal bone formation. Intracellular and extracellular BMP was found in periosteal mesenchymal cells, chondrocytes, fibroblast and bone matrix in the new bone tissues. The data indicate that bone formation may involve BMP and TGF-β and their interactions in many ways.
