微波组织凝固治疗痔的实验及临床观察

摘　　要：采用微波组织凝固治疗痔的实验证明，针状辐射器刺入动物的胆管粘膜可获得表浅的组织变性坏死，血管栓塞。１８２例痔患者经微波组织凝固治疗后，疼痛较轻，愈合过程平稳。１６６例随访平均２０．８个月，疗效满意，无远期并发症。微波组织凝固的方法简单安全，仪器价廉，体积小适于搬动，有利于基层卫生机构推广开展。It's a new therapy that microwave tissue coagulation(MTC) applied to the treatment of hemorrhoids. Animal experiment demonstrated that using the needle radiator of microwave(230J/cm2 )to coagulate the anal mucosa can make the blood vessels obstruction and the necrotic tissues healing. 182 cases with internal and mixed hemorrhoids treated by MTC all received a better effect including relieving pain and pile's healing. Of them, 166 cases were followed up 20. 8 months averagely.The result was that the incidence of bleeding, prolapse of the anus and dyschezia was reduced from 94. 51 %, 78. 02 %,48. 35% to 7. 23%, 19. 28%, 9. 64% respectively. It is suggested that the therapy is a simple and safe method for the hemorrhoids.
