摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定禽肉中克伦特罗和沙丁胺醇两种β兴奋剂残留量的方法。用乙腈提取禽肉样品,过C18固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。High performance liquid chromatographic method （HPLC） have been developed for the simultaneous determination of clenbuterol and salbutamol in poultry meat. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and were cleaned up by C18 solid phase extraction （SPE） column. The analytes were separated by HPLC with diode array detector and quantified using external standard calibration curves.
