摘　　要：目的探讨70岁以上高龄老人腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床应用价值和疗效。方法回顾性分析1998年4月￣2003年12月行LC的70岁以上高龄病人154例临床资料。结果共154例,术前伴随1种以上并存病114例,完成LC130例,中转24例。术后发生各种并发症19例,所有病人均治愈、无死亡。结论应十分重视高龄老年病人的围手术期特点并进行充分的处理,严格掌握手术适应证,熟练手术操作,LC对高龄老年病人仍是安全可靠的。[Objective] To study the characteristics of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the aged patients over 70 years. [Method] 154 patients over 70 years old who underwent laparscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital between April, 1998 and Decmber, 2003 were analysised retrospectivelly. [Results] Among them, 130 patients received laparscopic cholecystectomy, and the remaining 24 were underment conversion operation, In all, 114 patients suffered form all kind of mediseases in the preoperative, and 19 patients have the complications of postoperative which included： arrhythmia, uroschesis, hyperglycemia and so on. [Conclusion] Laparscopic cholecystectomy in the aged patients over 70 years old is safe and reliable procedure, but strictly controll the indication of laparscopic cholecystectomy, surtasce treatment of procudpost operative treatment, and skilled surgical manipulation were very important.
