膀胱镜下钬激光碎石治疗下尿路结石的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱镜下钬激光碎石治疗下尿路结石的效果。方法回顾性分析应用膀胱镜下钬激光碎石治疗32例下尿路结石患者的资料。结果32例结石粉碎率100%,一次彻底清除率84%(27/32),其余5例术后1周结石完全排出。无组织穿孔、感染等并发症。结论膀胱镜下钬激光碎石术治疗下尿路结石,碎石确切、安全、组织损伤小、清除彻底、并发症少。[Objective] To investigate the effect of Ho： laser lithotripsy through endoscope on treatment of low urinary calculi. [Methods] The clinical data of 32 cases of low urinary calculi treated by Ho： laser lithotripsy through cystoscope were analyzed retrospectively. [Result] Of the 32 patients, overall stone-free rate was 32 cases （100%）. 27 （84%） were stone-free immediately after the procedure, 5 were stone-free one week after operation.Have no one bladder perforation and infection patient occurrence in the all. [Conclusions] In our view, Ho：laser lithotripsy through cystoscope is a useful, safe and efficient technique in the treatment of calculi in the low urinary, achieves excellent resolution and the complications are scanty.
