摘 要:目的研究电针对大鼠海马CA1区微循环血流量的影响。方法采用激光多普勒微循环血流分析仪,实时监测大鼠双侧海马CA1区微循环血流量,研究电针人中、内关以及曲池、足三里对大鼠海马微循环的影响,并与电针地机、空白组对照。结果电针人中、内关可使大鼠双侧海马CA1区微循环血流量升高,与同组同侧电针前相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);电针曲池、足三里可使大鼠双侧海马CA1区微循环血流量降低,与同组同侧电针前相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论电针人中、内关可促进大鼠海马CA1区微循环血流量;电针曲池、足三里可降低大鼠海马CA1区微循环血流量。Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on the microcirculation in the hippocampal CA1 region in rats. Methods A laser doppler blood flow monitor was used to record the real time microeirculatory blood flow in the hippocampal CA1 region in rats after electroacupuncture on Renzhong (DU26), Neiguan(PC6) and Quchi(L111), Zusanli(ST36), Compared with rats after electroacupuncture on Diji(SP8) and control group. Results The microcirculatory blood flow of both lateral hippocampus increased gready in Renzhong and Neiguan group after electroacupuncture as compared with it before electro,acupuncture (P〈0.05) ; The microeirculatory blood flow of the both lateral hippocampus decreased greatly in Quchi and Zusanli group after electroacupuncture as compared with it before electroacupuncture ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture on Renzhong and Neiguan can increase microcirculatory blood flow in hippocampal CA1 region in rats, while electroacupuncture on Quchi and Zusanli can decrease it.
