摘  要:目的探讨银杏叶制剂(G inkgo b ilobal Extraction,GbE)对急性肾功能衰竭(Acute renal fail-ure,ARF)兔心肌缺血的保护作用。方法实验分为3组。对照组(8只):用生理盐水10 m l/kg行后肢肌肉内加压注射。ARF组(12只):用50%甘油10 m l/kg行后肢肌肉内加压注射。GbE组(8只)于注射甘油前0.5 h腹腔注射GbE 15 mg/kg,每6 h重复一次。检测各组不同时相血小板聚集功能、PG I2、TXA2、内皮素(Endothelins,ET)等指标以及心肌组织形态学变化。结果2、24 h时:ARF组与对照组比较,血小板聚集率明显增高(P<0.01),TXA2、ET明显升高(P<0.01),6-Keto-PGF1a明显降低(P<0.01),心肌组织出现严重的缺血性损害;GbE组与对照组比较上述指标则无显著性差异;GbE组与ARF组比较,血小板聚集率则明显降低(P<0.01),TXA2、ET明显降低(P均<0.01),6-Keto-PGF1a明显升高(P<0.01),心肌组织缺血性损害明显减轻。结论1、ARF时血小板聚集率明显增高,TXA2、ET水平明显升高。2、ARF兔心肌组织发生严重的缺血性损害。3、GbE对ARF兔心肌组织缺血性损害有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate protective effect of ginkgo bilobal extraction on myocardial ischemia in rabbits with acute renal failure. Methods Rabbits were devided into three groups. In control group( 8 rabbits), normal saline was injected into hind legs by pressure injection in a dose of 10ml/kg body weight. In ARF group( 12 rabbits) and GbE group( 8 rabbits), 50% glycerol and normal saline were injection into hind legs in a dose of 10ml per kg body weight, respectively. In GbE group, rabbits received 15mg GbE per kg body weight through abdominal cavity half an hour before injection of glycerol and it was repeated every six hours. The blood platelet aggregration, PGI2, TXA2, ET as well as morphological changes of cardiac muscle were examined at different time. Results At 2 h and 24 h, rabbits in ARF group had increased blood platelet aggregation( P 〈 0.01) and TXA2, ET( P 〈 0.01), decreased 6-keto-PGF1a( P 〈 0.01) as well as severe ischemic damages of cardiac muscle, compared with rabbits in control group. There was no significant difference in these indexes between GbE group and control group. Rabbits in GbE group had significantly decreased blood platelet aggrgation( P 〈 0.01) and TXA2, ET( P 〈 0.01), significantly increased 6-keto-PGF1 a( P 〈 0.01) and obviously alleviated ischemic damage of cardiac muscle , compared with rabbits in control group. Conclusion 1. Rabbits have significantly increased blood platelet aggregration, TXA2 and ET. when ARF develops. 2. Rabbits with ARF will undergo severe myocardial ischemic damages. 3. GbE has significant protective effect on myocardial ischemic damages in rabbits with ARF.
