摘　　要：大庆油田自研制成ＮＰ系列碳氧化（Ｃ／Ｏ）能谱测井仪以来，已测井３９１口，在调整开采层系、监测三次采油效果、老井复查中都取得了一定的效果。近来，大庆测井公司研制成功了ＢＧＯ（锗酸铋）探测器的碳氧比测井仪，可望较大地提高Ｃ／Ｏ判断地层含油饱和度的精度。Since the NP system C/O spectrometer tool was developed in Daqing Oil Field,391wells have been tested,and a good result was obtained in adjusting producing series of strata,monitoring tertiary production effect and reexamining old wells.Recently,Daqing logging company developed a BGO detector C/O logging tool which is expects to improve the accuracy of C/O in determining oil saturation in a formation.
