双张力带法治疗肱骨髁间“C”型骨折

摘　　要：目的总结双张力带法内固定治疗肱骨髁间“C”型骨折的经验。方法采用双张力带法内固定治疗肱骨髁间“C”型骨折32例。结果本组32例全部获得随访,随访时间12￣26个月,平均17个月,按门振武评定标准,优18例,良9例,可5例,优良率84.4%。结论双张力带法是治疗肱骨髁间“C”型骨折较好的方法,该术式方法简单,固定可靠,疗效满意,值得推广应用。[Objective] to present the experience with surgical treatment of the type C of humural intercondylar fracture using the double tension band internal-fixation. [Methods] 32 cases of the patients all were treated surgically. [Results] After operation 32 cases have been followed up for 12 months to 26 months with an average of 17 months, according to menzhenwu scale, 18 are evaluated as excellent, 9 as good, the excellent and good rate was 84.4%. [Conclusion] The therapeutic method has advantage such as easy to operate, reliable fixation and satisfactory effect, it deserve, to be put into application and popularization.
