腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的应用(附260例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜在治疗肾上腺、肾脏、输尿管、膀胱等泌尿系统疾病中的临床效果。方法:经腹腔及后腹腔2种途径对260例精索静脉曲张、肾上腺疾病、肾脏疾病、输尿管疾病、膀胱疾病患者实施腹腔镜手术。结果:260例中手术一次成功25l例(96.5%),中转开放手术9例,无输血,无严重并发症发生。随访1-24个月,临床症状消失,疗效满意。结论:后腹腔镜肾上腺瘤切除术、肾固定术、肾盂成形术、肾囊肿去顶减压术、肾盂或输尿管切开取石术及腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少等优点,临床疗效可靠,实用性较强。Objective： To studay the clinical effects of retroperitoneal laporoscopic surgery in the management of adrenal glands, kidneys, ureters and bladders diseases. Methods： Laparoscopic surgery in transperitoneal was done in 260 patients with disease of adrenal glands, kidneys, ureters and bladders. Results： The surgery was successfully accomplished in 251 cases with an excellent therapeutic effects. 9 cases conversion to open surgery ,there were no blood transfusion or serious complication in the studay. Conclusions： Retroperitoneal laporoscopic operation of adrenalectomy, nephropexy, pelvioplasty, unroofing of renal cyst, pelvilithotomy or ureterolithotomy and spermatic vein ligation have the advantages of minimal invasion, less blood loss and fewer complications, which is an effective and practical procedure.
