摘　　要：综述了国内外＂短候凝＂水泥浆固井、多功能钻井液、浅层气及煤层气固井、新型泡沫水泥浆固井、小眼井及小间隙固井、注水泥设计与作业评价系统、油井水泥外加剂等七个方面技术现状和发展趋势，并简要介绍了国外９０年代国井施工设备的发展情况和ＲＣＭ－Ⅱ型混配系统的主要特色。This paper reviews the presents and prospects of seven emerging casing cementing techniques including short waiting-on cement slurry, multi-purpose drilling fluid, shallow layer and coalbed cementing, new type of foam slurry, slimhole cementing, planning and evaluation systems for cementing, and oil well slurry additives. It also outlines the development of cementing facilities in the world and the specifications of RCM-Ⅱ cementing slurry mixing system.
