摘　　要：本文对传统的视频编解码标准进行系统的梳理,并着重介绍最新的视频压缩技术行业标准H.264,向读者展示最新的视频压缩技术是如何帮助用户充分利用现有的有限带宽资源,获取更高的视、音频质量和最佳的视听体验。The article systematically describes the traditional standard of encoding and decoding technology in videoconferencing and introduces the latest compressed technology in video system H--264, which can help thecustomer obtain the better quality of audio-video effect with the existing broadband technology.
