摘　　要：目的探讨滑动加压鹅头钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法1996年1月至2000年5月,对86例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折采用滑动加压鹅头钉内固定冶疗.按照Even分类:一类Ⅱ度26例、Ⅲ度36例、Ⅳ度24例.结果83例获得随访10～22月,平均16月,所有患者骨折均愈合,并发症包括螺钉穿出股骨头5例,髋内翻2例,并发症发生率为9.3%.结论滑动加压鹅头钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折固定可靠,并发症少,能早期下床活动,是股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的理想方法.Objective To discuss the application of DHS（dynamic hip screw, DHS）in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients Methods From January 1996 to May 2002, 86 aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture received operations with the application of DHC. According to Evens classification system of intertrochanteric fracture, 26 cases belonged to type Ⅱ , 36 cases belonged to type Ⅲ , and 24 cases belonged to type Ⅳ . Results After 10 to 22 months（average 16 months） follow-up survey, all fractures healed after the operation. The complications consisted of coax varus in 2 cases and lag screw penetrated the femoral head in 5 cases. The rate of complications was 9.3. Conclusion DHS internal fixation is an ideal method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, whose advantages include strong fixation, little complication and early exercise out of bed.
