摘 要:我国新建的机车车辆滚动振动试验台,采用了高精度调速稳速技术,对四台滚轮传动电机进行转速控制,使得四对无机械联接的滚轮转速,在稳速或缓慢升、降速过程中,始终基本相同,从而取消了原拟采用的大型伞齿轮装置,简化了试验台结构,降低了成本和运行噪音。本文对该同步调速系统的原理、关键环节、调试运行结果进行了分析和介绍,还提出了改进系统的方法。In China, the high precision speed regulating and stablizing technology have been used in a new railway vehicle roller rig for synchronous speed control of the four motors driving the rollers. As a result, without mechanic connection, the speeds of the four pairs of rollers are roughly same in the stablizing or slowly rising, falling process. So the large size sector gears planned are cancelled with the structure of the rig being simplified and the operation noise and the cost being reduced. In the paper, the principle, key units, adjustment and operation results of the speed regulating system are introduced and analysed.
