Tenor内固定系统在重度腰椎骨折脱位治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Tenor内固定系统治疗重度腰椎骨折脱位的临床效果。方法对我科在1998年1月～2004年1月,收治的28例重茺腰椎骨折脱位进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用经后路切开复位,椎体次全切除术,脊髓减压术,Tenor内固定加植自体髂骨融合术。结果术后无伤口感染,肺部感染和死亡病例。除术后1例出现下肢深静脉血栓及1例泌尿系感染外,无其他严重并发症发生。上述2例并发症经对症处理后而治愈。并无钉棒松动,断裂及骨折移位。术后随访14～24个月,在28例患者中有22例的神经功能获得不同程度改善。结论Tenor内固定系统操作简便,可实施三维矫正固定并可定量调节复位,是一种治疗重度腰椎骨折脱位固定牢靠,疗效满意的方法。Objective To study the clinical effects of Tenor fixation system in the treatment of severe lumbar fracture dislocation.Methods From January 1998 to January 2004,28 cases with severe lumbar fracture dislocation were analyzed restrospectively.Postefior approach open reduction, subtotal vetebral body resection,spinal cord decompression and Tenor internal fixation plus bone grafting of iliac bone were performed in all cases.Results Follow-up time was from 14～24 months after operation. Among them, the neural function of 22 cases had improvement in different degree.The total effective rate was 78.6% .Except for 1 case postoperative embolism of deep vein of lower limb and 1 case urinary tract infection, no other infection, death case and orthopedic Operative complication were found.Conclusion Tenor internal fixation system posesses simple manipulation and it can perform three dimentional correct fixation and quantitive regular reduction.It is a reliable and satisfactory operative method for the treatment of the severe lumbar fracture dislocation.
