摘　　要：目的探讨应用可吸收螺钉方法治疗Pipkin蒺sⅡ型骨折的可行性。方法筛选Pipkin蒺s骨折12例,入院后立即予髋关节后脱位的手法复位。然后择期行股骨头骨折切开复位,可吸收螺钉内固定术。结果术后随访12例,随访时间5～48个月。按Stenwart和Epstein的评分方法,优:2例;良:7例;可:3例。目前尚未发现有股骨头缺血性坏死的病例。结论可吸收螺钉应用于Pipkin蒺s骨折的治疗,完全能达到骨折固定所需的生物力学要求,且免除了病人第二次手术的痛苦。Objective To discuss the feasibility of the application of absorbable screw in the treatment of Pipkin＇s Ⅱ fracture.Methods Since 1999 to 2004, 12 selected cases of Pipkin＇s Ⅱ fracture were treated with absorbable screw.The posterior hip dislocation was reduced immediately after admission, And then open reduction of fracture of femoral head and absorbable screw internal fixation were performed during selected perod.Result 12 cases were followed up for 5 to 48 months After operations.According to Stenwart and Epstein criteria of evaluation, excellent was in 2 cases, good 7 and fair 3. No ischemic necrosis of femoral head was found.Conclusion Using absorbable screw for the treatment of Pipkin＇s Ⅱ fracture,it can completely reach to reqirement of biomechanics fracture fixation and can avoid the secondary operation.
