摘　　要：本文通过模拟试验研究了铝合金筒形机匣成形过程，确定了合理的等温精锻成形工艺规程，设计了结构先进的模具，生产出了合格的锻件．In this paper, the forming process of aluminium alloy cylindrical housing is studied by the simulation test. The technological regulations of isothermal paecision forging are established. The dies with advanced structare have been designed. Adopting the technology, the cylindrical housing can meet the using requirements completely.
