摘 要:本文从实际应用的角度介绍了串行通讯技术两种通讯方式及相互转换方法,描述了一种利用串口通讯的工业现场多点数据采集系统。系统中多个数显测量设备采用异步串行通讯方式,经过RS232到RS485转换电路,测量数据由RS485总线传输;在计算机端再经过RS485到RS232转换电路和多串口卡将各测量设备的数据读入。本文还讨论了窃电技术及其在该系统中的应用。本系统实现了远程多点数据测量,解决了测量设备与计算机的分布式数据传输问题,能准确的将工件几何量信息输人计算机中存储、统计和管理。As viewed from of application, this paper introduces two communication modes of serial communication technology and their conversion, and discussed a multi-data-measuring system to make use of serial pert communication. In the system, all instruments make use of asynchronous communication, the measurement data are transmitted in RS-485 transmission line with RS-232 to RS-485 conversion circuitry. In the terminal of computer, the data are received with a multi-serial ports and RS-485 to RS-232 conversion circuitries. An application of pilfer-electricity technique is also introduced. The system realized a tele-multi-data-measuring. The problem of transmission of distributed data among multimeasuring instruments and a computer is solved, and geometrical data of workpieces can be correctly received, stored and managed in computer.
