新型叶面喷施剂“花生乐”安全性的实验研究初报

摘　　要：“花生乐”是一种新型的调节花生生长的叶面喷施剂，能促进花生生长、开花和结果．本研究利用小鼠、大鼠和家免观察了“花生乐”Ａ，Ｂ两种剂型的急性毒性反应．结果显示：１．小鼠经口急性毒性实验，Ａ剂ＬＤ５０＝１４．０８３ｇ／ｋｇ，Ｂ剂ＬＤ５０＝１３．１３９ｇ／ｋｇ，均大于１０ｇ／ｋｇ，２．大鼠经口急性毒性实验，Ａ剂ＬＤ５０＝１５．４４８ｇ／ｋｇ，Ｂ剂ＬＤ５０＝１５．２６７ｇ／ｋｇ，均大于１５ｇ／ｋｇ；３．Ａ，两剂型均对兔耳皮肤无刺激作用．表明Ａ，Ｂ两剂型“花生乐”均是微毒（实际无毒）产品，农田施用安全可靠．Huashengle' is a peanut growth regulator sprayed to leaves. It could promote peanut growing,blossoning and bearing. In the study, the safetys of two types of huashengle were evaluated using mice,rats and rabbits. The results were: 1.The acute roal LD50of type A to mice was 14. 083g/kg, type B was 13. 139g/kg. Both were more than 10g/kg; 2.The acute roal LD50 of type A to rats was 15. 448g/kg, type B was 15. 267g/kg. Both were more than 15g/kg; 3. Type A and type B were vere little stimulating to skin of rabbit's ears. The results confirmed that two types of huashengle were safe to use.
