摘　　要：合适的工程承发包模式对维护业主的利益具有直接和重要的影响,本文对国际上应用较广泛的平行承发包模式、设计—建造模式、CM模式、BOT模式和伙伴模式的特点以及影响工程承发包模式选择的相关因素进行了分析,为业主选用合适的工程承发包模式提供一种理论依据。Appropriate contract model has direct and important influence on client＇ s benefits. The article analyzes respective characteristics on traditional model, DB, CM, BOT and Partner model applied widely in the intemational construction market. In the addition relevant elements which affect the choice of contract model are also analyzed. The aim is to provide theoretic foundation when client chooses the orooer contract model.
