摘　　要：在分析研究了中国煤矿安全监察机制存在不足的基础上,提出了借鉴国外煤矿安全监察的先进经验,并完善相关对策的建议。本文的观点对提高我国煤矿安全监察水平,扭转煤矿安全局面,提高煤矿安全生产水平有重要借鉴价值和实际指导意义。On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of safety supervision system of Chinese coal mines, the author suggests to learn the advanced experiences of safety supervision system of coal mines abroad and improve the countermeasures concerned. The author＇ s points of view have great significance to improving safety supervision level of Chinese coal mines, reverse safety situation of coal mines and improving the level of work safety of coal mines.
