摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术并配以自制电刀治疗输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉的方法及疗效。方法对78例输尿管结石并发输尿管息肉的采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术并配以自制电刀治疗。结果78例均获成功,患者术后症状全部消失。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术并配以自制电刀治疗输尿管结石合并输尿管息肉,具有安全可靠、损伤少,术后恢复快等优点,是微创治疗的有效方法之一。Objective To investigate the clinical use of Ureteroscopic Swiss-Lithoclast pneumatic Lithotripsy combined with Self-made electrical knife in the treatment of ureter stones associated with ureter polyps.Methods 78 cases were treated successfully.The symptoms were disappeared completely in 78 cases after operation. Conclusion In the using uroteroscopic Swiss-Lithoclast pneumatic lithotripsy combined with self-made electrical knife for the treatment of ureter stones associated with ureter polyps, it is a safe, effective, rapid recovery and minimally invasive surgical method.
