摘  要:目的观察参龙冲剂对D-半乳糖致脑老化(痴呆)模型小鼠的作用。方法经颈部sc D-半乳糖造成脑老化(痴呆)小鼠模型,ig给药6周后,测试其学习记忆能力(水迷宫实验)并检测其肝、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与D-半乳糖模型组比较,参龙冲剂3个剂量组游泳时间缩短、正确数增多,SOD活力提高、MDA含量下降。结论参龙冲剂具有对抗自由基损伤、改善D-半乳糖所致脑老化模型小鼠学习记忆能力的作用。Aim To explore the effects of Shenlong Tang on D-galactose induced brain aging(dementia) model mice. Methods Brain aging(dementia)mice models were made by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose solution at the cervical part. After had been administered medicine intragastrically for 6 weeks, their learning and memory ability were tested with water maze test and the SOD activity and MDA levels in their brain and liver tissues were determined. Results Compared with model group, in the three therapy groups swimming time was shortened and correct numbers increased, SOD activity improved and levels of MDA decreased. Conclusion Shenlong Tang has the effects of confronting free radical injuries and improving the learning and memory ability of D-galactose induced brain aging model mice.
