空气压缩泵吸入普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化液治疗儿童哮喘观察

摘　　要：目的观察吸入普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化液治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法对20例哮喘患儿给予普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化液使用空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗。观察治疗前、治疗后30min、24h及1周时的PEF、PEF(%)、PEFR和SaO2的变化。结果吸入治疗30min后,全部患儿PEF、PEF(%)、PEFR、SaO2均较治疗前有明显增加,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);吸入治疗24h及1周时PEF、PEF(%)、SaO2继续获得明显改善,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化液联合吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效显著,且无明显药物不良反应。Aim To assess the effect of Pulmicort Respules and Bricanyl Nebulising Solution inhaled in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods 20 children with of asthma were atomizing pump inhaled Pulmicort Respules and Bricanyl Nebulising Solution. The PEF, PEF（ % ）, PEFR, SaO2 before and after treatment 30 minute, 24 hour, 1 week were observed. Results In inhaled treatment after 30 minute, PEF, PEF（ % ）, PEFR, SaO2 were increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 01） ; the lasting improvement of PEF, PEF（ % ）, SaO2 was observed when 24 hour and one week（ P 〈 0.01）. Condusion The combination use of Pulmicort Respules and Bricanyl Nebulising Solution inhaled in treating of asthma in children may get obvious efficacy.
