摘　　要：目的了解某海关公务员身体健康状况及疾病谱规律,为该人群预防保健工作提供依据。方法对2004年某海关公务员疾病谱采用顺位及构成比法进行分析研究。结果在参加体检的4038人中,发现144种疾病,共14624人次;人均检出患病种次为3.66次。其中代谢性疾病及心血管疾病的患病年龄呈年轻化趋势,并随年龄增长而上升。早期甲状腺癌和宫颈癌各1例。结论海关公务员健康状况值得关注,应加强此类人群的健康教育和行为干预,以提高健康水平。Objective To determine the health conditions and disease features of civil servants in a customs, and to provide evidence for prevention and health care for these people, Methods The data from physical examination of civil servants were analyzed according to sequence and component ratio in 2004, Results Among 4 038 civil servants, total of 14 624 person-times and 144 kinds of diseases were diagnosed with 3, 66 person-times, The prevalence rate of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases had a younger trend and increased with age. At the same time, one case of early thyroid cancer and one case of cervix cancer were detected respectively. Conclusions Attention to health condition of civil servants in customs should be paid. The health education and behavior intervention should be performed to prevent diseases and improve health conditions.
