摘　　要：细胞凋亡研究对现代医学产生了巨大推动作用,并已成为当前生命科学和医学领域的研究热点,因而熟悉细胞凋亡的调控机制和合理选择检测方法显得尤为重要。本文就近年来GraB、eIF4E、ced-13、Survivin等细胞凋亡调控基因和凋亡的检测技术加以综述。Studying on apoptosis has improved modern medicine development, and many researches have been focused on it. It＇s very important for researchers to master the regulation mechanism of apoptosis and to select the best test methods . This paper reviews the advances of regulation gene of apoptosis GraB, eIF4Em, ced-13, Survivin and detecting methods.
