摘　　要：介绍了第一代、代二代与第三代二氧化碳激光雕刻机的原理，并给出雕刻的图像以供对比．在回顾这三代激光除刻机的基础上，本文提出了新一代二氧化碳激光雕刻机的设想．The principles of the lst.2nd and 3rd generations of CO,lases engraving machine arediscribed and their menufactured pictures are given for comparing. On the basis of theresults above,the new generations of CO2 laser engraving or cutting machine are discussed.
