摘　　要：始终代表中国最广大人民的根本利益,是"三个代表"的出发点和归宿。执政党的基本功能是利益表达、利益综合、政治录用和政治社会化。我党代表最广大人民的根本利益,必须通过利益表达、利益综合、政治录用和政治社会化等途径,使最广大人民的根本利益得到最大限度的制度体现和机制保障,从而使"三个代表"重要思想真正落到实处。The ruling party should represent the fundamental interests of overwhelming majority of people in China, with its sound systems and mechanism, by the choice of orientation to represent and synthesize their interests, as weel as the politics employed and the political acculturation, in order to realize the importance thought of ＂The Represents＂.
