摘　　要：信息时代高校图书馆的发展趋势是利用现代化工程技术手段,对各类信息情报进行数字化处理,并利用互联网(Internet)快速传递信息。图书馆作为学校三大支柱之一,应更新馆藏理念,加强网络建设,提高馆员素质,更好地为教学和科研服务。the development trend of University Library is to make use of modern engineering to digitalize all kinds of information and deliver the information trough internet quickly. As one of the three major pillars of the university .the Library should renew the concept of Library management. Strengthen the network construction as well as raise the librarians level in order to .serve the teaching and research better.
