摘　　要：人力资本的差异不仅会加大地区经济发展的差距,而且会引起地区和个人收入差别的扩大。本文从人力资本的角度,简要分析了人力资本对地区收入差别的影响,并提出了在缩小地区收入差别进程中,中西部应该在人力资本方面采取的几点措施。The difference in human capital would enlarge not only the economic development gap, but also the income gap between regions and between individuals, This paper briefly analyzes its influence on the income gap between regions, which is caused by the difference in human capital, then several measures in the aspect of human capital in the central and western regions are proposed when narrowing the income gap between regions.
