摘  要:研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(简称MoDTP)和二烷基二硫氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)的摩擦学性能。结果表明,油中加MoDTP与不加添加剂相比,45钢耐磨性提高4.68倍,摩擦系数降低50.24%:且MoDTP的减摩性和耐磨性均优于MoDTC。还考察了Ni—P合金镀层的摩擦学性能,发现用基础油润滑时,Ni-P合金镀层的耐磨性比45钢提高6.2倍,但摩擦系数却高出20.35%。此外,MoDTP(或MoDTC)与Ni-P合金镀层有良好的协同效应,起到对金属基体的双重保护作用,如45#钢有Ni—P合金镀层时,油中加MoDTP比油中不加添加剂耐磨性提高12.4倍,摩擦系数降低51.22%。the tribological properties of molybdenum dithiodialkylphosphate (MoDTP) and molybdenum dithio-dialkylcarbamate (MoDTC) are researched, the oil containing MoDTP compared with the base oil, the antiwear of medium carbon steel can increase by a factor of 4. 68, friction coeffcient decreased by 50.24 % , and MoDTP was superior in reducing both friction and wear to MoDTC. The tribological properties of Ni - P alloy coating are examined. The results show that the antiwear of Ni - P alloy coating is 6. 2 times greater than medium carbide steel, friction coeffcient increased by 20.35% .A good synergistic effect can be attained by MoDTP (or MoDTC) together with Ni - P alloy coating, the double protection function on metal substrate can be attained, e.g. the anti-wear of Ni - P alloy coating ( with MoDTP) is 12. 4 times greater than medium carbide steel ( without additive), the friction coefficient decreased by 51.22% .
