医护人员进行癌痛管理短期培训的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨医护人员癌痛管理短期培训对患者疼痛状况和生活质量(QOL)方面的影响,为完善癌痛管理方案提供依据。方法对康复科138名医护人员进行为期1周的癌痛管理培训。以培训时间为界,采用整群抽样的方法,各调查95名患者,分别为A(培训前)组和B(培训后)组,比较A、B两组患者住院期间的疼痛状况和不同时间的生活质量。结果B组患者的疼痛状况较A组得到了明显的改善,入院第2周、第4周的生活质量在角色功能、情感功能、整体健康状况、疼痛症状、失眠症状方面也较A组得到了明显的改善(P<0.01)。结论对医护人员进行癌痛管理短期培训能够改善患者的疼痛状况,从而提高癌痛患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of short-period cancer pain management training to the medical staff on the patients＇ pain status and quality of life （QOL） ,and to provide evidences to improve the approaches on cancer pain management. Methods Total 138 doctors and nurses of a rehabilitation unit were trained on cancer pain management for one week. Population sampling method was used for selecting participants. Both group A and group B consisted of 95 patients. Group A was selected before training, while group B was selected after training. The patients＇pain status and QOL during different time were investigated. Results The pain status of group B was significantly improved compared with that of group A. Compared with group A ,5 aspects of QOL of group B such as role functioning, emotional functioning, global health, pain and insomnia were improved significantly 2 and 4 weeks after admission （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Short-period training to the medical staff with cancer pain management can help to alleviate the pain of patients and to improve many aspects of QOL.
