摘　　要：中国古代劳动人民在长期的社会生产实践中,创造了许多成功的管理经验和博大精深的管理思想理论。深入研究其丰富的管理思想和成功的管理经验,将有助于弘扬中华民族的优良传统文化,促进社会主义精神文明建设,也有助于现代经济管理思想的完善和发展。尤其对建立中国特色的管理科学,更具有一定的现实意义。A great deal of successful experience and extensive thoughts in management were created by the laboring people of ancient China during their social production and social practice over a long period of time. A deep study on them will be helpful not only to promote fine traditional culture, accelerate socialistic cultural and ethical progress, but also to develop the thoughts of modern economic management. Also, the study will be significant for establishing management science with Chinese characteristics.
