摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图在特殊形状室间隔缺损显像中的价值。方法从269例单纯室间隔缺损修补术患者中选出形态较特殊的室缺31例,将术前超声心动图的表现与手术发现进行对照分析。结果超声心动图显像与手术发现完全符合27例,部分符合4例。结论超声心动图对特殊形状的室间隔缺损能作出正确的判断,为选择更为合理的手术方法提供更有价值的信息。Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in detecting the ventricular septal defect with special shapes. Methods Thirty-one patients with special shape ventricular septal defects were examined with echocardiography, and the echoic features were compared with the results after operation. Results The echocardiographic before operation diagnosis in 27 patients was consistent with what was found in operation and the another 4 patients was partly confirmed by operation. Conclusions Echocardiograph can provide important evidences in detecting special shaped ventricular septal defect, which gives more rationales for selecting operation motheds.
