超声对卵巢血肿的鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢血肿与卵巢其它囊性肿物的超声鉴别诊断。方法对比分析109个术前超声或术后病理诊断为卵巢血肿的卵巢囊性肿物的声像图表现与病理结果。结果卵巢血肿的超声诊断与病理诊断的符合率为89.9%。结论超声对卵巢血肿的诊断率高,但仍需与其它囊性肿物相鉴别。注重短期内超声复查,可提高其诊断率,减少误诊的发生。Objective To explore the ultrasonic differential diagnosis between ovarian hematomas and other cystic masses in the ovary. Methods We compared and analyzed the uhrasonographie manifestations and pathological findings of 109 ovarian cystic masses which were confirmed by preoperative ultrasound or post operative pathology. Results The coincident diagnostic rate of ultrasound with pathology in ovarian hematoma was 89.9%.Conclusions Ultrasound has high accurate diagnosis rate in ovarian hematomas, which should be differentiated from other ovarian cystic masses. We should pay attention and put emphasis to the sonographie check up in short periods, so as to raise the diagnostic accuracy rate and decrease the misdiagnosis of ovarian hematomas.
