摘  要:为了充分验证在某多级轴流压气机设计中采用的先进设计技术,对其进行了总性能试验、级间参数测量试验和径向压力畸变试验等多项研究,深入分析了试验数据,详细介绍了该压气机的性能特点和各级之间的匹配情况。结果表明,该压气机在全工况下达到或超过设计要求,具有优良的非设计工况性能和较强的抗径向畸变能力。In order to adequately validate the advanced technology used in an axial-flow multistage compressor design, experiments in total performance, data measurements in stages and radial-pressure distortion have been carried out. Experimental data haven been analyzed with compressor performance characteristics and compatibility in stages. The experimental results demonstrate the performance characteristics of the compressor has reached or exceeded the design requirements at all operation conditions. Eventually, it has reasonable performances at off design condition and enough surge margins against radial distortion.
