摘　　要：介绍一种通过电话网建立客户和服务商之间联系的客户服务系统的设计与实现方法。利用FSK解码芯片(SM8220P)获取电话网的数据,由单片机接收后通过串口送至PC机,由PC机查询、显示、修改用户资料,并给出系统具体的硬件电路图和程序设计思想。The method of the design and realization of the customer service system, that establish the relation between the clients and the service merehantm are introduced. The Single-Chip Microcomputer receives the data that are obtained by telephone network based on the chip of FSK （SM8220 P）, then PC incept these data through RS232. The functions such as inquiring,displaying and amending the data of customer are implemented by PC. The concrete hardware circuit and realization are precent in this paper.
