摘　　要：参与式林业规划方式是近年来世界上普遍采用的一种先进的林业规划方式,这种方式在我国目前正在实施的21个中德财政合作造林项目中得到了广泛应用,并取得了很大的成功。本文就参与式林业规划的定义、体现的思想、与传统规划方法的区别,以及参与式林业规划的方法、要求及规则进行了简要阐述。对于改变我国现行林业规划方式,提高林业建设水平具有一定的促进作用。Participatory forestry planning is an advanced forestry planning approach recently adopted around the world. This approach has been widely applied in twenty - one Sino - German Afforestation Projects which are being implemented, and has achieved a great success. This paper briefly explicates definition, its meaning, its distinction with traditional planning approach and its approach, conditions and rules. The approach will play a certain promoting role in changing China＇ s current forestry planning approach and improving forestry development.
