论农村生态经济与山区小康建设

摘　　要：农村生态经济怎样发展,山区小康建设如何振兴,这无疑是新的时代所赋予的新任务。实践业已证明,在面广人多且条件落后的山区农村发展生态经济是深入贯彻科学发展观和全面建设小康社会的一条可行且有效之路。从农村整体协调与生态经济发展、贯彻以人为本与山区小康建设、落实科技兴农与推广机制创新三个方面进行阐述,介绍了福建省农业科学院与福建北部山区的南平市开展联合攻关的进展,以及示范推广的成效,提出了山区生态经济的发展战略与技术对策。The development of rural eeologieal eeonomy and the building of a well - off society in mountainous areas are the new tasks in the new era. It has been proved in practice that to develop ecological economy in mountainous areas with large population and poor conditions is a feasible and effective way to carry out the scientific development view and build a well - off society. This paper first studies the relationships between the harmony of rural society and the development of ecological economy, between the humanistic core and the building of a well - off society in mountainous areas, between the prospering agriculture through science and technology and the popularization of system innovation, then introduces the cooperation process and achievements of Fujlan Academy of Agriculture Sciences and mountainous areas in North Fujian, and finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of ecological economy.
