全喉切除患者家庭支持与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全喉切除患者的家庭支持与生活质量及两者之间的关系。方法采用家庭支持自评量表(MPSS—Fa)和生活质量自评量表(QQLQ),以随机抽样法,对在我院行全喉切除的65例患者进行问卷调查。结果全喉切除患者的生活质量与其家庭支持有显著的正相关关系。结论家庭支持对提高全喉切除患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the level of family support and quality of life ascertain the relationship between these two variables among total laryngectomy patients. Methods The social support from family scale and quality of life questionnaire were used to assess 65 randomly selected patients.These patients received total larynyectomy in our hospital. Results Both family support and quality of life of these patients were at a moderate high level, and there was a significantly positive inter-relationship between family support and quality of life. It suggested that the higher the family support, the higher the quality of life of these patients.
