静脉输注高氧液治疗脑卒中的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察高氧液静脉输注治疗脑卒中的疗效、安全性及总结护理要点。方法将104例急性脑卒中病人随机分成治疗组54例与对照组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用高氧液治疗,在治疗前及治疗后10d、20d、30d分别进行神经功能缺损评定和日常生活自理能力(ADL)评定。结果治疗组治疗总有效率、治疗后10d、20d、30dADL评分高于对照组(均P<0.05或0.01),治疗后10d、20d、30d神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显减少(均P<0.05或0.01)。结论高氧液治疗急性脑卒中能有效改善脑卒中病人的神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力,从而降低脑卒中病人的致死、致残率。Objectives To observe the curative effects and safety of treating stroke patients with intravenous dripping of pleonectic fluid, and to summarize the nursing essentials during such treatment. Methods A total of 104 stroke patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. In the control group, routine treatment was applied to stroke patients; in the treatment group, intravenous drip of pleonectic fluid was applied to the patients in addition to the routine treatment. Evaluation of nerve dysfunction and Activities of Daily Living （ADL） of all the patients were conducted before the treatments and 10, 20, and 30 days after the treatments. Results The differences in nerve function between the treated group and the control group were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The treated group achieved an average reduction of 9.32±3.43 in the nerve dysfunction assessment, whereas the control group had an average reduction of 5.03±3.04, which was significantly （P 〈 0. 01） different from the score of the treated group. In ADL evaluation, the treated group had an average increase of 34.49±7.30, and the average increase in ADL was 27.32±6.12 in the control. No toxic or side effects were observed during the intravenous dripping of pleonectic fluid to the stroke patients. Conclusions Intravenous dripping of plenonectic fluid can effectively improve the nerve function of acute stroke patients, increase their activity of daily living, and therefore, lower the mortality and disabled rate of stroke patients.
