摘　　要：目的研究防止十二指肠后壁穿透溃疡大出血急诊手术后再出血。方法分析过去十年采用溃疡外置方法及Bancroft手术方式治疗十二指肠后壁穿透溃疡大出血64例。结果试验组无1例再发生出血,而对照组发生再出血率达50%。结论采用溃疡外置治疗十二指肠后壁穿透遗疡大出血,能有效地防止术后近期大出血。[Objective] To avoid that blood flows out of the duodenal back ulcer again after emergent operation. [Method] 64 cases for a large number of blood out of the back mural ulcer have been analyzed which had been treated by way of putting the back mural ulcer out of the duodenal and the Bancroft＇s type of operation in the past 14years. [Result] In the experiment group. No case bleeded again, but in the contrast group, the bleeding rate again reached to 50 percent. [Conclusion] It can effectively prevent the back mural ulcer from bleeding again after operation lately.
